Architectural Review & Request 

The intention of the architectural review/approval process is not to discourage or prevent residents from making improvements.  Since the HOA was established in 1969, our interest is to preserve our historic architectural designations, and protect and increase property values.  A component of the HOA Board of Directors fiduciary responsibility is to ensure the guidelines outlined within the Eden Forest Covenants are followed.
